Chicago, 1893. The World's Columbian Exposition has unveiled many wonders, but the most fantastic is a prototype robotic police force. In the course of his duties, one of these electric constables stumbles across something far worse than the standard drunks and pickpockets, for the Chicago World's Fair was the hunting grounds of one of the most notorious serial killers in history. As one machine uncovers the truth he finds that the humans around him are unwilling to listen, leaving him to bring down an opponent whose twisted genius rivals that of his creator.
